Our role
ICCE is a referral service. We don't lend money, approve applications or set loan terms. Any loan you accept is an agreement between you and the lender, governed by that lender's terms and the laws of your province.

We work to keep our guides accurate and review provincial rules regularly, but laws change. Our content is general information, not legal or financial advice. Your loan agreement and your provincial regulator are the authority on your rights.
Who can use ICCE
You must be the age of majority in your province and live in a province where payday lending is licensed to submit an application for referral.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, ICCE isn't responsible for decisions made by lenders or for losses that arise from using information on this site.
