About ICCE
Instant Cash & Credit Express is a Canadian referral service for short-term loans. We built it around one idea: show the cost before anything else.
Why we exist
Looking for a payday loan online usually means wading through flashing banners, vague promises and fees buried at the bottom of the page. We think people dealing with a money emergency deserve the opposite: the price in dollars, the rules for their province, and a straight path to a licensed lender.
What we do
We publish guides to payday loan rules in every province and territory, and we connect applicants with lenders licensed where they live. We don't lend money, set terms or make approval decisions.
Our standards
- We only refer applicants in provinces where payday lending is licensed
- We show the maximum legal cost on our home page and every province page
- We never charge applicants, and we never ask for upfront payments
- We say clearly when a payday loan is a bad idea, and we point to free help
- We review provincial rules regularly. The current version was checked in October 2026
How we write
Our content is written by the ICCE Editorial Team using primary sources: the Criminal Code and its regulations, provincial legislation, and guidance from provincial regulators and the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. Where rules are unclear or changing, we say so and point you to the regulator.
