What we collect
When you apply, we collect the details you enter: your name, contact information, province, income source, pay schedule and the amount you want to borrow. When you visit the site, we collect standard technical information such as your browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use your application to refer you to a lender licensed in your province. We use technical information to keep the site secure and working well. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Your application goes to the lender or lenders reviewing it, and to service providers who host our site and process forms on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Use our contact form and choose "A privacy request".
Security and retention
Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. We keep application data only as long as we need it for the referral and to meet legal obligations.
